Common causes are fissure, fistula and haemorrhoids and malignancy etcetera. Use syrp Duphalac 30 ml at night time, eat high fiber diet, drink plenty of water, do regular exercise and avoid smoking and alcohol.
Still symptoms persi then you need to get examined by surgeon and he will treat you accordingly.
