General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hello there. I have read through your question and it seems you are suffering from gastric ulcers. If I were your physician I would advise you to Undergo an endoscopy to confirm the diagnoses. Also a sonography of the abdomen is advisable. For now I would advise you to follow the following instructions. 1. Avoid oily and spicy food. 2. Avoid staying empty stomach for too long. Take small meals at frequent intervals. 3. Don't eat anything two hours before going to sleep. 4. Avoid taking caffeine. 5.Take a proton pump inhibitor like omeprazole for someday s on empty stomach. I hope that helps. If you have any further questions please feel free to write.
