Your history is not complete. What is your age? Are you a chronic alcoholic?
Do you take any pain killers? Do you have yellow eyes? Do you feel giddy ? weak when you walk or on exertion? The most alarming thing about black stool is altered blood due to GIT bleed. If that be so you have to take a quick action. Get your Blood Hemogram done. In bleed Hb will come down below 10 Gm %.
If it is stiil low get stool exam done, LFT, KFT, USG Abd done. UGI endoscopy & Colonoscopy may be required for a complete cure. Tell me all these reports I may be able to solve your problem.
