Hello,
I have gone through your query and understood the concern. The pain in the abdomen along with chronic diarrhea is suggestive of an infection in the first place followed by conditions like malnutrition, irritability etc. The amenorrhea is not likely to be related and should be investigated separately. Coccydynia is often seen associated with pregnancy. It is mostly self-limiting. Simple analgesics should help. Stress, lack of proper nourishment, hormonal imbalance can also cause amenorrhea. Please see a specialist for further evaluation and management. Wish you good health.
