What Causes Abdominal Pain Along With Vomiting?

I woke up a couple nights ago, felt like gas pains in abdomen, tried to go to bathroom but only vomited 3 times,mostly water. The pain in my abdomen is a litle less after milk of magnesium caused some diaheria. Still shoots below belly button when I stand up

I have gone through your query. Your problem can be due to gastro enteritis. Do you eat anything from outside especially non vegetarian food like fish egg or meat? In such case food poisoning can be possible. Take more fluids and electrolytes. You can apply hot water bags on abdomen. Proton pump inhibitors like esomeprazole and anti emetic ondansetron will be helpful. If vomiting continues then consult your doctor. You may need injection of proton pump inhibitor and anti emetic in such case. In case of severe dehydration intravenous fluids also will be needed.
