General Surgeon 's  Response
Hi.
Thanks for your query.
Noted the history and understood the concerns.
Since you had unprotected sex on March 4 that is 2 days before the expected date of periods, there can not be any pregnancy as this i a safe-period.
Hence the pregnancy tests will be negative.
Since you have pain in abdomen there can be another reasons>
I would advise you the following in such a situation:
Get an examination by a General surgeon.
Get tests of blood, urine and stool.
X-ray of the abdomen in standing position and ultrasound can help for the diagnosis, CT scan if required can get the correct diagnosis and gives plan for further management.
I find this answer helpful
