What Causes Abdominal Cramps With Profuse Sweating?

Woke up feeing fine, went to the washroom as usual. Grabbed a coffe, sat down, ten to fifteen minutes later I started getting abdominal cramps (like those when in labour) stated feeling light headed and sweating profusely. Pain lasted for three hours and has moved lower down to the pelvic wall. Fever and sweats have stopped, and I tried to eat five hours later. Yhere was no change in urine or bowl movements, nor was I sick to my stomach, but abdomine is stil very tender to the touch.

HI
Thank for asking to HCM
I really appreciate your concern, undigested food some time manifest in this way, when undigested food going through the intestine that produces the colicky abdominal pain, chances of having diarrhea later on is likely, but no need to worry about this, this is self limiting condition, take care and have a nice day.
