What Causes Abdominal Cramps During Pregnancy?

Hi, I just found out I am pregnant I was told I m 14 weeks.. this morning I woke up with really bad abdominal cramping. I didnt pay much attention to it because I thought it was probably just my uterus stretching.. couple hours later and I went to the restroom and I noticed some discharge, I went to lay down and took a nap. I woke up to severe abdominal pain went to the restroom again and I passed a blood cloth. I have had a miscarriage before and with my last pregnancy i had a placental abruption.. should i worry? Should i go to the emergency room?

Hi, I think you should consult a doctor immediately. It can be a sign of miscarriages . Get a ultrasound done to confirm feral well being. If normal, take strict bed rest and avoid trauma and intercourse for 1 month.. Hope it helps.
