What Causes Abdominal Cramps And Vomiting?

I started taking Titace 5mg daily a week ago.I have also only been using my bowels every 3rd or 4th day and when I do I cannot push the faeces out so end up doing a partial manual evacuation so started taking Metamucil, have felt slightly nauseated at times so stopped Metamucil for a couple of days then took another dose last night then mid morning had abdominal cramps vomiting and diarrhoea which have now stopped. Should I take Metamucil again and does it interact with Tritace? I have taken Metamucil before without any issues

hi sir/madam,there are no known interactions between metamucil(psyllium) and tritace.metamucil can itself cause abdominal cramps,flatulence in 1 to 10% of patients.its better to avoid metamucil.you can use lactulose 10ml for constipation.take care.bye.
