What Causes Abdominal Cramps And Vaginal Spotting?
I m on the combined pill for four years usually take it at the same time every day sometimes may be late by an hour had unprotected sex and he finished inside, due my period yesterday but I sometimes get it a day late or two , today I ve had serious bad cramps all day and when I wiped there was a tiny bit of blood kind red/pink but now no blood on pad could I be pregnant

Hi I think there is a little chance of pregnancy. You can do a urine pregnancy test to rule out pregnancy first. If negative, you may get periods in few days. If positive, consult a gynecologist for complete examination. Hope it helps.
