What Causes Abdominal Cramps And Vaginal Spotting?

I took many pregnancy tests all of which came up negative. Recently I started cramping and spotting and the spotting got heavier with some cloths that were small. Today I passed this huge clot that was dark and had white/clear mucus attached to it. It looked like it had veins too. I would be roughly 5-6 weeks. Two days after conception I got the depo shot. Could I have miscarried?

Hi I think if pregnancy test is negative, it is highly unlikely that you were pregnant. The clot with mucus can be a normal thing also. So, don't worry about it. If you are not satisfied, you can go for a blood test for pregnancy that is called as serum bhcg test. It will clear your doubt. Hope it helps.
