What Causes Abdominal Cramps Along With Severe Backache?

I’m a 21 year old female, and have had my period three times within the last six weeks. The first was quite heavy, and the last two have been reasonably light. I am on the pill and am sexually active but don’t believe i am pregnant. I’ve been on the pill for over two years and have never experienced anything like this before. I have bad cramps each period amd have extremely bad back pain. I am a type 1 diabetic, and have celiac disease. I am not stressed or exercise excessively. I was wondering whether you have any idea what could be happening.

U may need a consultation with your regular doctor.in your condition followup needed .for your abdominal cramps u may undergone ultrasound with the help of gynecologist.
