What Causes Abdominal Bloating,lower Back Pain And Constipation?

I m a 39yo mwf with hx of 2x Caesarian (children now 8 & 10), with Mirena for 5 yrs (due for replacement soon). Non-smoker, BMI 23.6, mostly good diet, gym 1-3x/week, 0-3 wine or beer/week (varies with social activity). No health concerns. C/o experiencing extreme abdominal bloating, lower back pain, constipation, and pain on defecation. Today is day 9 of my cycle.

Hi.
Thank for your query.
Noted the history about 39 years old female patient with history of 2 Caeserian, Mirena, non-smoker, BMI of 23.6 - normal, good diet social drinker and regular exerciser. Has developed extreme abdominal pain in
abdomen, bloating, low back pain, constipation and pain on defecation, is on 9 th day of cycle.
The cause obviously looks to be colitis with secondary constipation and fissure in ano.
I would advise you the following:
Sitz bath in a tub with warm water.
Laxatives to keep stool soft.
Tests of stool and blood.
Ultrasonography.
Clinical evaluation by a General Surgeon for abdomen and anal problems, examination to decide the cause, correlate with investigations and to get a correct diagnosis and manage accordingly.
