bloated abdomen - eat very healthy walk about 4 miles 4 times a week, no smoking or drinking, 58 years old. started intermitent fasting - go 16 hours without food and 8 with. I have very little appetite during the 8 hours i can eat. Eat alot of Greek yogurt. Eat mostly vegetables and fruit. However, my abdomen is getting bigger and bigger and I am eating less.
