What Causes Abdominal Bloating And Severe Breast Pain?

I have bloating in my upper stomach area, right under my breasts on both sides. Achy pain across my stomach and in my lower back.. it gets worse as the day goes on. In the morning after not being able to sleep because of the discomfort, it feels better and then gets worse every time I eat something.

General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hi welcome to the health care magic

Gastric pain worsen after eating suggest towards gastric ulcer or gastritis diagnosis

For your case rabeprazole prescribed for two to four weeks...

Avoid gastric irritants like.....
_excess spicy foods and fatty meals
_excess tea, coffee
_smoking etc....

Cooked oatmeal and yougurt help in soothing

If improvement not seen then antibiotic course might needed and further work up done with USG abdomen and urea breath test

Green leafy vegetables and fruits useful

Take care

Hope your concern solved
