What Causes Abdominal Bloating Along With Nausea And Headaches?

could I be pregnant? me and my boyfriend had unprotected sex a week ago. 3 Days later I felt bloated for about 2 days. I was really hungry but when I went to eat I felt nauses. I also had headaches for about 3 days then Friday night I started cramping abit and then I went to the bathroom and there was spotting then Saturday I woke up and there was blood. I had bleeding all day then sunday barely anything and today I have tight pains on the left lower abdominal side.

Hi Dear,

Welcome to HCM.

Understanding your concern. As per your query you have abdominal bloating along with nausea and headaches which seems to be either infection or inflammation in the gastrointestinal tract. I would suggest you to proton pump inhibitors and antacids such as Pantprazole along with domperidone. You should take antispasmodics as well. You should take oral rehydration solution for maintaining the hydration and electrolyte balance of the body. Drink warm water throughout the day .You should consult gastroenterologist once and get complete blood investigations done. Doctor may also prescribe anaspas .Start treatment after proper diagnosis. Take plain and soft food and avoid hot, sharp and spicy food substances.
