What Causes Abdomen Pain During Pregnancy?

Hi i am pregnant with 26 weeks.I am 25 years old with height 5 feet and weight 60. Since last 2 nights i am daily getting a severe pain in upper abdomen which is unbearable and today i am having a little bit pain in afternoon also. May I know what is the reason

Hi welcome to the HCM virtual clinic. I have gone through your question, and I think I have understood your concern.
At your duration of pregnancy pain in upper abdomen may be due to gastritis, I will suggest you to avoid spicy food, bakery products and deep fried foods. Also I will suggest you to take Tab. PAN - D twice a day half hour before meals. If needed you can take Liquid Mucain gel two tea spoon two or three times a day. Also avoid lying down immediately after meals.
