What Causes A White Patch Under The Penis Head?
Hi I have noticed a white band/patch right under my penis head. There is no itching or burning. However that part before the head of the penis seems it is more sagging and whenever I masturbate, that is the part that feels most numb and can become very sensitive to the touch (there is slight pain when I touch it right after masturbation). Appreciate the help

White patch is candidiasis caused by a fungus named Camdida albicans.
Advice
1. Apply Nizral lotion locally every 8 hours for 10 days
2. Tablet Flucos (fluconazole) 50 mg daily per oral for 7 days
3. Eat high protein diet such as eggs, meat, fruits, pulses, and cheese because candidiasis mostly occurs in persons with low immunity
4. Do not wear wet undergarment
5. Wear loose cotton undergarment
6. Investigation – blood sugar (F & PP)
