What Causes A Tickling Sensation In The Scrotum?
Hey, I have a tickling sensation in my scrotum; it seems to be isolated to the location behind my left testicle. I've been researching online and it seems to be either the epididymis or veins which are in that location. If you could offer some advice that would be much appreciated. Regards.

I really appreciate your concern as you said here that you are experiencing the tickling sensation in your scrotum then this could be delusive phenomenon just similar to the hallucination, the epididymis is the internal structure of whole scrotum and that does not cause any thing like that try to forget this every thing would be fine, and no need to worry about this, hope this information helps you, take care and have a nice day.
