What Causes A Swollen Ear And Painful Keloid?

I had a keloid for a while now and it hasnt been hurting its a real small one but last night I went to sleep and this mourning my ear was swollen and my keloid is now very painful to touch and I also have my ears pierced how can I reduce the swelling?

If I were your treating Doctor for this case , I would advice you
Tablet Paracetemol + Ibuprofen combination after food &
Ointment Metrogyl P or Neosporin H twice daily over swollen area & keloid .

Certainly above treatment will give you much relief but if relief is not upto satisfaction level then consultation with your ENT doctor will become essential.
