What Causes A Swollen Ankles?
I have had very swollen ankles for about 2 months. First started on my left ankle, which I attributed to the heat and a lot of walking. After a month or so the right ankle and foot started. I Am away from home so am not able to get to my PCP. What should I do

I have studied your case.Most common cause of pain and swelling in both ankle are either arthritis or high blood pressure. As you are saying that you are away from home so I have following suggestions for you.
1.Low salt intake.
2.Compression bandage and hot water fomentation.
3.Limb elevation over pillow.
