What Causes A Stomach Upset With Stool Odor?

I am 32, female 8 stone and 5 foot 1 inches high. I have had an upset tummy for 6 days. Now passing water which smells like fish (stools) and I am very lethargic. Managed to eat some toast yesterday but struggling to eat. Any ideas what this could be?

Your query being appreciated, the given symptoms of diarrhea with the fishy smell could be due to infection that may contained the pus and it could be the bacterial infection, if I would be the doctor of this case then I would try to treat this case with Ofloxacine with Ornidazole twice in day for three days, it is advisable to take care in diet, have light diet only, care needs to be taken for dehydration , hope this information helps.
