What Causes A Sore Lump On The Neck After A Tetanus Shot?

I had a tetanus shot about 3 days ago and now I have a very sore small lump in my neck near my collar bone, is this normal? The only reason I'm concerned is I just had a c-section and I'm worried about blood clots. I did not notice this lump before the shot, so I don't think it is a clot but I thought I would check.

Don't worry,as by no means the sore lump near collar bone would occur due to clot after the tetanus shot in the arm.
This lump seems mostly due to the general immune reaction with flare up of the lymph node near the collar bone.
Still I would advise you to have a check up from your doctor to get the worry ruled out.
