What Causes A Small White Patch On Chest X-ray?
I tested in gulf medical test hospital in India, the result is your chest xray shows in one small white patch. this is TB so fitness certificate not issued that report shown in my family doctor he said this northing for TB this is only cold affected this true ? please advice.

I can understand your situation and problem.
I advice you to consult pulmonologist and get done
1. CT thorax
2. Bronchoscopy and BAL (Broncho alveolar lavage) analysis.
In your case we need to rule out activity of the lesion,whether you are having active tuberculosis or not.
Your white patch may be due to old fibrotic scar.
Or may be due to active tuberculosis.
So CT is needed as it gives great diagnostic value over chest x ray.
BAL is also much better then sputum examination.
So consult pulmonologist and discuss all these.
