I have a swollen "lump" about the size of a pecan where my groin connects to my inner thigh & the skin is reddish-pink. It is not visible, but it is painful like a muscle-pull. It is next to a sebaceus cyst. Would warm moist heat help this or should I see a doctor 1st?
Hi, dear I have gone through your question. I can understand your concern. You may have some enlarged lymphnode, benign cyst or soft tissue mass. Moist heat will not help. You should consult your doctor first and then take treatment accordingly. Hope I have answered your question, if you have doubt then I will be happy to answer. Thanks for using health care magic. Wish you a very good health.
