Hello Dear. I can understand your embarrassment. But when we have some health issues we should not neglect it. Health is wealth. Anyways you are most likely to have piles or haemarroids. Its a condition where the veins at the anal canal swell up and when there is solid stools it will cause friction and bleed. Nothing to worry. Its a most common thing in many people. You can go to a surgeon and get examined. If it can be cured with medicines and laxatives the surgeon may put you on medications for sometimes. But if its bit big, the surgeon may suggest you to undergo an operation. Nothing to worry. Dont think of cancer and all those stuffs. At your age it is very unlikely. Hope i have answered your question. Feel free to contact me if you have any more questions. I ll be glad to help you. All the best With warm regards Dr Sanjay Kini
