What Causes A Sharp Pinching Pain In Lower Back?

A few days ago while shopping I had a sharp pinching pain in my lower back (very low back just to the side of the center back, just above my butt) today around noon it felt like I had a very bad bruise on my inner thigh. About an hour ago, I got home and changed into sweatpants and when the pants rubbed against my thigh it felt like it was burning and bruised. It hurts when I move my leg and when anything touches it, even when my pants run against it. It is not red, not warm, and from what I can tell it is not swollen. But it is so painful but there is no bruise there...I m wondering if this could be something serious. I am 31 years old and have been a type 1 diabetic for 30 years.

HI
Well come to HCM
This could be some viral kind of infection and chances of Herpes need to be ruled out here, and for that it is necessary to get done the clinical examination, and so why all the skin lesion demands the clinical observation for diagnosis, till then you can apply "Diphenhydramine lotion" and analgesic medicines best would be Tab Ibuprofen 400 mg as per needed, take care.
