What Causes A Rough Skin On The Head Of A Circumcised Penis?
My penis is circumcised and over the course of the years the skin on top of the head has increasingly become rougher. Is there way to safely exfoliate the skin so that it returns to a more natural, healthy state? Also, is this something that is common with circumcised penis'?

As an Urologist,i can understand your concern.You should write your age.
Skin over the head, doesn't become rougher, after a circumcision.
You should maintain good penile hygiene and can apply vaseline cream.
Avoid engaging in rough sex or masturbation. Check your blood sugar.
