What Causes A Rough Brown Patch On Nose?

Dr.P.V.S.Prasad, Good morning About two years ago, I had an eruption on my front of the nose with no pain, itching, pus. After a month or so, it disappeared, but one centimeter above this spot, a BROWN PATCH has come up with no pain, pus, itching and it was smooth just like a natural mole. It is predominantly visible on the nose. Now, after two years, I feel that the patch is little rough to fingers touch. Is there any treatment to remove this patch? Please prescribe some treatment. Photos are enclosed below. yours sincerely, P.Madhava Rao. my e-mail ID: YYYY@YYYY

Dermatologist 's  Response
Hi
I can't see any pictures.
According to your complaints it seems to be seborrhoeic keratosis.
I would recommend you to consult a dermatologist and get it removed by electrocautery or radiofreqency ablation.
Regards
