What Causes A Red Rash On The Legs?
I have a red rash ring around both of my legs, close to my ankles. I have high blood pressure and have a lot of water weight. The rash looks like shingles but don't hurt, itch... it just looks nasty. I thought maybe i was allergic to my socks but can't quite figure that out
