General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hi,

As a physician, I would like to tell you that breast tenderness is quite common during pregnancy. So are the secretings because of your increasing hormones. I would also like to tell you that you should visit a physician and get examined for your patch as this could be due to several reasons which needs to be warranted as soon as possible.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Abhijeet
