What Causes A Red Painful Boil On The Testicle?

Hi I have a boil kind of thing down on my testicles and its almost a marble size. Its red and very painful. I suffer pain even while sitting and lying down on bed. But it doesn t look like the one with pus, and its hard. I m really concern. Hope to seek some advice. Thanks
