What Causes A Red Bump On The Upper Lip?

Hi i have a red bump on my upper lip it looks like a blister and i dont know what it is it scabs and then it gets worser if i take out the scab. I recently had an allergic reaction to a makeup product so i dont know if thats what caused. I just dont know what it could be.

form the description, it could be herpes labialis or contact dermatitis due to makeup product.
If its due to make up product, it should involve whole lip. If its herpes labialis, it usually occurs at the same place and is preceded by feeling of numbness, itching or pain at site of affliction.
Right now, do not remove the scab and apply a topical antibiotic cream ike fusidic acid cream. Also please meet a dermatologist nearby.
