What Causes A Rash And Bumps In The Groin Area?

I have a rash and bumps in the area between my thighs and vagina. The area is also very very moist when it usually is not. I wear cottenelle underwear and pat the rash dry throughout the day but it is still wet and rashy. Thank you in advance for your help.

Your symptoms could be due to intertrigo, fungal infection.
I would suggest to consult the dermatologist and undergo detailed examination to confirm the cause
You can also use premium service of the health care magic and upload the photograph of the rash
Doctor will give following advises:
For intertrigo:
Application of cream containing combination of antibiotic and steroid, twice daily for 7 days
For fungal infection:
Tablet terfinadine and cream containing Clotrimazole
Wear cotton underwear, avoid strenuous physical activities, stay in cool airy environment, keep the area clean and dry
