What Causes A Pus Filled Zit On The Lower Stomach?

I had what looked like a zit that came up on my lower stomach and when squeezed white puss would come out. I ve had it for about 3 days. When I squeezed it tonite green puss(looked like a thick bugar) came out and now I have a small hole in that spot. What couldve caused this and what should I do to care for it

According to your complaints it seems to be a furuncle which is infection of the hair follicle.
I would recommend you to take oral antibiotics like tablet cefixime 200 mg twice daily for 5-7 days and apply topical antibiotic like neosporin ointment on the affected area twice daily for 7-10 days.
This should help in resolving it.
