What Causes A Pimple On The Lower Lip?

I popped a pimple on my bottom lip and I pushed to much now it has become a cut. My lip is super swollen and feels like there's a ball in the middle of my lip. It hurts very much and had a scab which came off and had pus coming out of it what should I do. It's been like this for 3 days now.

I have gone through your query and can understand your concerns..

As per your complain it seems there is bacterial infection over the lip leading to formation of a pus filled pimple and due to popping there is spread of infection and also inflammation leading to pain and swelling..

Consult a General Physician and get evaluated..

You can be advised a course of antibiotics like Augmentin or a combination of Sulphamethoxazole and Trimethoprim..
Anti inflammatory painkiller like Ibuprofen can help..
Topical application of triple antibiotic ointment and also doing cool compresses can help..

In case if there is repeated pus formed lump then Incision and Drainage can help..
