What Causes A Person With Average Height And Weight To Have Very Thin Wrists?

Hi,im Kristijan and i have one question. My weight : 165lb My height :5.8 27 year old man So,my problem is wrist,i have only 6 inch wrist :/ ...How can I make my wrists bigger? Is it normal for a 27 year old man to have only 6 inch wrist? What s Wrong With Me? Thanks.

Hello, thanks for posting on HCM.
Wrist size is based on 2 things. 1 is the size of the radius and ulna bones forming wrist and 2nd is the muscle mass of your forearms.
If you are able to do all day to day work without any problem I don’t feel small size of wrist is a cause of concern.
But if you want to increase it then, bone mass and structure and size is genetic which you can’t change but you can strengthen and increase the size of your wrist by working out on your flexors and extensor muscles of the forearm.
