General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hello dear
Understand your concern.
Genital wart is caused by human papilomma virus.
It is transmitted sexually.
Or it may be reactivation of previous infection.

You can take
80% Trichloroacetic acid gel
0.15-0.5 % PODOFIX GEL

If wart not responds to drugs
Go for ablation surgery:
Best is nitrogen cryotherapy: very less scar after ablation
other are electrocauterization and simple excition

In addition
Avoid sex till you clear from infection
Use safer sex practice: Use condom, Dental dams
Maintain hygiene after sex
If fever: Tablet Paracetamol 500 mg BD
If itching: Tablet cetrizine 5 mg BD orally

Hope this may help you
Wish you good health
Best regards
Dr. Sagar
