What Causes A Painful Bump Oozing Yellow Liquid Near The Nipple?

Hi doctor, Ive been dealing with pain on my left breast for some days now but it wasnt until today that a protruding bump appeared next to my nipple (this bump is the size of my nipple too). When I pressed it I felt some pain and yellow discharged popped up followed by blood and a transparent fluid. It is very swollen now and it hurts, im 26 years old, no breast cancer history in the family. What could it be and how should it be treated? Thank you.

General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hi,
from history it seems that there might be having boil and now forming an abscess producing bump, swelling and pain.
you might require one course of antibiotic medicine and proper dressing with removal of pus.
If require go for Mammography to rule out any deep seated infection or lump.
Ok and take care.
