What Causes A Nodule In Thyroid With Varying Symptoms In Upper Chest?

Hello, I have multiple symptoms happening within the upper chest and neck area. I have a 1.4-1.7cm nodule in my right thyroid. It was 2.9cm when discovered and shrank to previous stated size over a four month period. I have had an x-ray, an ultra sound, a FNA and a cat scan. I am in varying degrees of discomfort and pain every day. My symptoms are varied and seem to be confusing my doctor and specialists. If you are able to help me it would be greatly appreciated.

I really appreciate your concern, if this was the benign nodules then it is nothing to worry but the more important is clinical symptoms and you have not mentioned the symptoms here, if the nodules is the matter of worry and it is being regressed then also no need to worry about this, second you have not mentioned the end results of investigations done pain and discomfort needs to be ruled out for infection hope this information helps.
