What Causes A Nipple Tear?

I am a girl with 24 years age and few times I have suffer from my one nipple tearing at the joint.its does not happen in any specific weather or any actual position.Already suffer from this problem...and I applied coconut oil to heal and moisturizing. But this time it taking time to heal n also paining more than before. Please suggest me solution

Thanks for the query. I have read & understood your query.
You seem to have infection at the sight of nipple tear.. which does not allow complete healing .
- Follow good breast cleaning with soap & water. apply an antibiotic ointment( soframycin skin creme ) mixed with moisturizer after cleaning the nipple carefully dry.
- Use a well fitting bra without causing pressure on nipples. Use a cotton/ hosiery brassier.
- Avoid handling/ sucking of breast .. till it heals completely.
- Consult a doctor for oral antibiotics if there is no improvement in 5-7 days.
