What Causes A Moving Sensation In The Head?

Is it possible for worms to get inside your head some times I can feel something moving in the top of my head and I have a lot of drainage and mucus coming from my head and I am constantly spitting everyday all day for approximately 10 years although 5years ago I had these straw like steams in my mucus once I know it sounds crazy my doctor refuse to listen

From the symptoms you are giving , you must be suffering from allergic sinusitis( allergic polyp)...There is plenty of fluid collection in your sinuses and you are feeling heaviness and feeling moving sensation.
The mucous you are spitting must be draining from the sinus .
It is advisable to see an ENT Surgeon, take a CT Paranasal sinuses . CT will give a clear picture of your nose and sinus and if there is any polyploidal growth.
