What Causes A Missed Period With Back Pain And Nausea?

Hello, I just wanted to know an opinion as to what might be the cause of a missed period, lower back pain, frequent nausea, both moody and sentimental. I know this could be symptoms of pregnancy, however, I was wondering if anything else can cause these symptoms as pregnancy tests can be costly and I am uncertain if I should wait a little longer before I do purchase one.
Thank you

Hello dear..as soon as periods are missed, first and foremost approach is to DO A URINE PREGNANCY TEST..as nausea and back pain in association with missing periods poses highly likely possibility of pregnancy..
A preganews kit or velocit kit is not that expensive to afford ..so its best to first rule out the most likely cause of your complaints and then if negative, go for further evaluation like thyroid test and urine r/m..
