Dermatologist 's  Response
Hello,
Welcome to healthcare magic,
From your description I can think of few possibilities. It could be a sebaceous cyst, a lipoma or a boil. Without an opportunity to see the lesion I won't be able to tell for certain. If you ask a premium question you will have an opportunity to upload photographs so that it is easier to diagnose.
Hope this helped,
Take care.
