My boyfriend has a weird lump on his cheek bone under his eye. It never gets a white/black head. It just looks like a bump under his skin. Well he tried poping it and it sprayed a powder like substance. He has to squeeze it really hard. The substanxe almost feels like rubbing powdered sugar between ypur fingers... What is this blemish? Hi,

As per your query about a lump on cheek bone under eyes can be haematoma or it can be due to infection related to any maxillary teeth. Exact size of the lump is not known, it may be looking smaller from out side but may be it is bigger from inside. Investigation like x-ray or MRI will be helpful to know the exact diagnosis.

I suggest you to consult a physician soon and get its properly evaluated.

I hope the information helps you. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
