What Causes A Lump In The Left Clavicle?

I m in remission 14 months for HL stage 1B. I had a hard lump removed from the right ancillary, 6 cycles of ABVD, 17 targeted beam rads 30 gy to the right shoulder area. I ve had a a rather large soft lump very visible near the left clavicle at the triangle. Looks like a muscle popping out of a body builder and it is soft. I am 60 years old and not a body builder. No weight loss or night sweats. I ve gained approx 20 pounds since last summer...

I have gone through your question. I can understand your concern.
You may have some soft tissue tumour like lipoma or some malignant mass. you should go for fine needle aspiration cytology or biopsy of that lump. It will give you exact diagnosis. Then you should take treatment accordingly.
