What Causes A Lump Between The Neck And Shoulder?
i have a visible lump on my shoulder midway between the left side of my neck and the end of my shoulder. its been visible for 4 weeks, I do crossfit, but I havent been lifting for the last 2 weeks. It hasnt gone down and it is only tender to the touch. should this not be going down??

There are numerous reasons for a swelling or lump in that area but the most common is a lymphnode enlargement which can be due to many reasons.
Secondly a sternomastoid vyst may also occur but that is very less likely.
I ll suggest u to gor a short antibiotics course for 5 days and visit a gen. Surgeon if not resolved.
