What Causes A Irregular Menstruation Cycle?
Before my menstrual cycle was very long, sometimes 53days, 34days but of later having 24days and 18days with heavy dark clot. And a week to the menses, usually have this painful adnominal pains, very hurting which sometimes make me cry and can t sleep especially at night. Please help

I really appreciate your concern, certain condition are there like poly cystic ovaries, age (Menopause ) and these need to be ruled out, once the underlying cause detected then it can be managed accordingly better to see the gynaecologist, hope this information helps.
