What Causes A Hard Raised Area In The Earlobe?

i have a hard raised area on my right earlobe next to where my earring hole is. when you touch it it hurts really bad . when looking at it there is not sign of a pus area as if there was a pimply. it keeps getting bigger and im having trouble sleeping on that side of my head. do you have any idea what it is?

Hi. Appears that you have an epithelial inclusion cyst in your ear lobe , which may be infected. It requires a course of topical antibiotics and oral anti-inflammatory medicines. Mostly it requires excision , once acute infection subsides.
