What Causes A Hard Lump On The Back After An Injury?

Hi I recently fell hard outside and landed on my back.Now I have a hard knot u can feel and see on my lower left side looks like over my kidney but close to my spine( I also have scoliosis ) I deal with back pain on a regular basis and it s very sensitive to touch and causes more pain just on the left side could you tell me what this could be?

I really appreciate your concern, what the swelling you are seeing there could be due to soft tissue and it must have happened due to fall injury, still it is most advisable to get done the x-ray else it may not be related with scoliosis, in absence of clinical symptoms that related with neurology it is nothing to worry, hope this information helps.
